It was my four and two year old little men first time to visit a dentist and their experience were the absolute best. The team from the entrance to the examination room were amazing. My kiddos had an amazing time and I fell in love with the office, it’s staff and the jobs they did. I would totally recommend this office to all. Thanks for showing my kids such an amazing time.

I had a tooth extracted and was very satisfied with their care before this, however I had excruciating pain and swelling for several days after. I left a message with their office and no one ever called me back. Then I called Dr. King's number twice and left a detailed message, but never received a call back from him either.

Dr King is the best!! Used to find any reason not to go to the dentist. I would only go if I had an issue and since meeting Dr King I’m an every 6 month guy and look forward to seeing him. He has been my dentist for 9 years and the only one I would recommend for my friends and family.. If you want a friendly conservative dentist that cares he is your dentist!!!

In my opinion, I had the worst dental experience of my life at this dental practice with dentist Chad King. In the process of investigating this dentist after this experience, I found that this dentist was previously suspended from practicing dentistry in Iowa by the state dental board. He was charged with inability to practice dentistry with reasonable skill and safety by reason of illness, drunkenness, or habitual or excessive use of drugs, narcotics, chemicals, or other types of materials or as a a result of mental or physical condition. He was also charged by the state dental board with fraud or deceit in procuring the license or registration or the renewal thereof to practice dentistry. The board also received a complaint expressing concern that he might be using illicit substances at his dental office in 2017. Due to these things, his license to practice dentistry was indefinitely suspended and approved by the state dental board on May 18th, 2017 and his license to practice dentistry was later reinstated under the monitoring of the Impaired Practitioner Review Committee. All of this information was procured directly from the state dental board of Iowa website. This dental clinic was made known to me through my dental insurance provider's website, and I had no idea that I was being seen and treated by a dentist that had previously had their license to practice dentistry suspended by the state dental board. If I had known this, I would not have felt comfortable having a dentist with this history of reprimand by the state dental board work on my teeth and would not have chosen to be seen by this dental physician.
