I was very nervous about getting permanent makeup done but I was also sick of doing my eyebrows everyday. Kaylynn walked me through every step of the way! She also asked how I liked my eyebrows so she could go off that and I wouldn't be stuck with something I'm not used to. She was very personable and made the whe experience relaxed! I would 10/10 recommend!
