I had my lashes done here on Wednesday they immediately started falling out by Friday there were gaps I paid for volume they no longer looked like volume nor do they match at all I called and spoke to linda that had me to come in on Monday for nothing the technician argued that lashes fall out and need refills 2-3 weeks mine weren’t even a week she took no responsibility in the shabby work even tried to imply I did something when a place of business doesn’t stand behind their work it says a lot about them I was charged $155 and my lashes look horrible they randomly fall out and have gaps they are no longer full volume whatever cheap glue was used do not waste your money here there’s no customer service and they block you from talking to the manager.. clearly you can look at my photo and see gaps in 5 yrs of wearing lashes I’ve never had lashes just fall out like this. I deserve compensation!!!

I got an eyebrow wax and a lip wax here. The did not hand me a mirror to check. There was a mirror behind me but it was not cleaned, and kind of far. I could not see much detail. They seemed OK when I was there. I did not really love the lack of shape, but I was honestly worried she would mess them up, so I left it. I get home and realize that they are definitely uneven and there is still quite a few hairs above my upper lip. I will not be going back here. They offered for me to come back and have them fix it, but I would rather not. She did not ask me how I wanted them waxed and that was red flag number one. I left a $5 tip as a courtesy as well, but I definitely should not have. Maybe their other services or other beauticians do a better job, but I will not be going back.

I love Beauty Brows and Lashes! I have been coming here for about a year and have gone to other lash extension places but this is by far the best. They always greet me by name when coming in and are so gentle with application/removal. My lash tech is Jessica. She always takes her time to do stunning lash sets exactly how you ask, but everyone here does a great job and is very friendly! I get a pretty complicated volume cat eye with various lash lengths, and Jessica nails it every time. Not to mention they always get me in, even if when I need a last minute squeeze in. Prices are also very reasonable for the area. Highly recommend!

Annie is the best! She is so sweet and professional! My lashes stay on for over 3 weeks! Good quality lashes too.
