So happy to finally visit Face Foundrie! I absolutely the love the atmosphere and my esthetician was professional and had just the right touch. I highly recommend the Firm AF facial! Not only did it deliver results (and included a massage), it was so relaxing that I fell asleep. I woke up feeling as refreshed and rejuvenated as if I had booked an entire spa day! I also had my brows shaped and tinted while I was there and I'm loving that I can cut that step out of my daily makeup routine now. Prices are reasonable and it's easy to get a relaxing, results-driven facial in under an hour. I highly recommend!

The one facial I had here was good. The issues I have are with the booking system (buggy and frustrating), the inability to contact anyone by phone, and how they communicate about what isn't allowed before a facial. They need to change their system so that before you book a selected procedure it tells you to not use retinoids, etc for x amount of days. Apparently they send this info in fine print in an email after you book but why not just make it simple and clear upon booking?

Alison did a FANTASTIC job! This was my first time here and she did a great job explaining the products. She told me everything she was going to do before she did it, which made me feel incredibly comfortable. I almost fell asleep a few times! I’m very excited to start my membership here!
