Love being able to get my adjustment, do red light therapy and kryo at one stop. I get an energy and mood boost from the detox. The red light therapy has also helped me shrink some stubborn fat places a bit. ❤️

I just started the treatments so it’s too early to tell. I do like the process and have hopes it will give me relief. I’ll check in later with an update.

During my first visit the staff was very informative on what to expect and knowledgeable about cryotherapy and what treatment options would work best for my pain issues. Already planning my next full body and spot treatment visits!

Had another full body cryotherapy session today and feel great. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Great place!
