I had a great experience. T was amazing. The Rejuvenate and Revitalize Facial was great. I added the gel mask and didn’t regret it. I didn’t have redness or irritation following the treatment. Great vibes. Great products. No doubt I’ll go back. Added win - they trimmed up my neck without an appointment so I was confident with my entire look leaving the salon. 💇‍♂️ 👑

Lauren was fantastic. She took the time to listen to what I wanted in my cut and made a point to clarify through photos and further discussion. It was evident she wanted to make sure that I received the exact cut I wanted. She was alsoI will book her for every cut from now on. Also, TJ offered wonderful customer service and a great tour of the salon. It was a delightful and informative start to my appointment. Lastly, Aubrey gave me a lovely color consultation. She gave me confidence that I will be in good hands when I do finally color my hair, and that I will get a competitive rate. All in all, it was a 10/10 experience. You guys are doing it right here. It is obvious the staff is committed to customer satisfaction and everyone is very adept in their departments. You’ve gained a new repeat customer for sure.

I love my hair, manicure, and makeup. My experience was very excellent. Everyone who helped me today were all friendly and made my birthday extra special. This was my first time coming to this salon and it won’t be my last time. I will be coming here soon!

This salon is very beautiful, they always greet you at the door with a complimentary beverage. Alexa is my girl for facials (and probably anything else) she has a gift for making her clients feel comfortable and happy. It is my favorite appointment and the only thing I do consistently. I’ve been going here for over a year and I love it! All because of Alexa.

I had a great experience getting a manicure and pedicure at W Salon with KAMILLE. She was very friendly, professional, made me feel really comfortable and communicated every details and requests. My nails look flawless. The salon was relaxing, and has a variety of departments: nails and hair services, spa, and more. I’ll definitely be coming back
