Love this place, been going here a little over a year now. They nurses and staff are wonderful. The are very professional and treat you almost like family. They always make sure I'm comfortable and relaxed while I'm there. If you need these kind of services then this is the right place for you

Communication is terrible. I have a child that is trach dependent, sometimes shipping is late. I’ve requested certain things for equipment such as batteries etc and it’s been months and still haven’t received or an update as to when I will receive. I received the wrong size trachs in the mail and reach out weeks ago and still haven’t received a response. The only time we hear from someone is when it is time for ventilator checks which is convenient for them. I look forward to the day when I do not have to rely on a company for supplies. Very frustrating especially when dealing with a complex child. Do better.

I love everything about this facility and group of wonderful people. The pharmacists are kind and knowledgeable, the nurses make you feel comfortable and cared for, and the front desk staff are welcoming and always smiling. 10/10!

They picked up my son's h2o concentrator (while he was using it) and his o2 tanks after I told them on Sept 18 that I would be going with another supply company. They canceled his (already shipped) nutrition.They've harassed me since the 18th about picking his o2 up. Even after I let them know that the new company has already started approval. They came and got it anyway. Seems illegal to take a patient's rented o2 without a grace period to get another one or at the least a violation of disability rights. They lost a huge account because for a year, we've gotten all supplies through them. They could care less about the patient.

I’ve got MS and have had many infusions. I switched here to get a home infusion. Before my infusion, the nurse never clarified anything about the infusion. We had to drive 2.5 hours to get the infusion. So when it came time for my infusion, the nurse never came. I text her and she said she thought I was coming there. I would like to do home infusions due to my immune system going to 0. While I was getting my infusion, there was a nurse there coughing the whole time with no mask on.
