Dr. Edens was great! He was so patient and communicative. He told me everything that was happening before he did it and reassured me throughout. I also had Jessica and she was also amazing. She was a terrific patient advocate and excellent at her job. I completely trusted the entire team with my dental care. I'm not someone who typically really likes the dentist, but they made the experience great. Pricing and payment was also very up front. Highly recommend!

As a 20 year old venturing out to a dentist for the first time on my own, Garden Springs Dental made me feel right at home, not judged and explained everything that was going on thoroughly and made sure I knew exactly what was going on throughout every step of the appointment process. The staff is incredibly nice!! And, they completely changed my perspective on the Dentist!!! As long as I am living in Lexington, this is the dentist office I will be returning to!!

I had been going to this dental practice for several years. I never had a problem up until about a year ago. Over the past year I had been told that I had a couple different cavities that were underneath old fillings. In both cases there were major problems. One of the fillings was up against another tooth and it had to be done twice and ultimately redone by a different dentist because they never got the space between the teeth far enough apart that I could even put floss through it. The second filling had to be done twice but was done so poorly that I ended up in the urgent treatment center because of a severe infection. The other issue that I had ran into was the feelings that they were putting in were put in very loose. Ultimately getting cavities underneath them. I've had to have them all replaced. I have moved dentists and I have taken my son with me. I have now found out that the cavity they filled for him was done the same way where it was not put incorrectly and has a cavity underneath it now that cavity was filled about nine months ago and now the new dentist has to redo it also. When I called to cancel all future appointments and get my records they informed me that I still owed them money. I informed them that I had over $1,000 worth of medical and dental bills because of them. They said they'd call me back later about the money I still owed them. When they called me back they said they would waive the money that was still owed but was not paying any of my medical bills. I informed them at that time that I never asked them to pay my medical bills. I simply informed them I wasn't paying them any more money for something that landed me in urgent treatment and I've had to redo all of those feelings. Everyone in this practice is very nice and when I first started going there it was wonderful. Never had any problems but I don't know what happened but they just stopped doing good work. Addition: after going to our new dentist, I was informed by my dental insurance. The Garden springs took 7 x-rays which exhausted the entire Year's benefits. The average number of x-rays per visit would be two side x-rays. Once a year they will do bite wings. Not only was I not getting good service but they were exhausting. My insurance plan on one visit to ensure they got the most money possible. I am now having to pay out of pocket for an entire year despite paying for dental insurance.

This is without a doubt the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. I had extensive work done including crowns and multiple fillings. Everyone at the office was very courteous and considerate, but Dr Davis and Heather both impressed me by making my comfort a priority. Both were very thorough in making sure every aspect of the crowns and fillings were excellent. I always dread the needles and the numbing process but Dr Davis was exceptionally cautious and precise with that process as well. Definitely recommend him and his clinic.

I’ve known Dr. Davis for over 25 years, and our entire family absolutely loves them. The care, professionalism, and kindness have always been outstanding. I recommend Dr. Davis and his entire team 💯%! Thank you for taking such great care of us all these years. ❤️
