I had a cleaning yesterday with Dr. Head and Heather. Dr. Head explained everything to me before she started performing any work. She had a gentle touch and even stopped working when my teeth got sensitive. Heather, the assistant who helped out, is a superstar! She performed the last few procedures for the cleaning, including doing a great polish job on my teeth and I left the office with a fresh, clean smile and a new dentist for life! I highly recommend anybody use Dr. Head and her incredible staff for all of their dental needs! Shout out to Kiara as well, she made me feel extremely comfortable doing the pre-cleaning x-rays.

Dr. Head is amazing! Super nice, and I always have a great experience. I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 3 years, but she was accepting new patients, got me in soon and all work was done easily and quickly. A great practice with all her assistants too!

Who knew that going to the dentist could be such warm, connected experience? I would like to single out two of Dr. Head’s staff in particular: Karleda and Kiara. (I don’t know their last names.). They are both extremely competent and professional. But more that, they treat patients warmly and kindly. I find both of them responsive to questions and extraordinarily easy to engage. They are problem solvers. People often say that the medical profession has become hurried and its practitioners remote and mechanical. Here at Dr. Marylou Head’s dental practice nothing could be further from this stereotype, beginning with Dr Head herself. But I especially single out Kiara and Karleda, both of whom have treated me so well by showing real interest in me as a person and not just a guy in the chair with his mouth open. Thanks to both of them! Dr Head is so fortunate to have them both.

My husband and I have been struggling to find a dentist that accepted our insurance - and was taking new patients. We were able to both get in for same day, back to back appointments a week after I called. Dr. Head and the entire team made us feel welcome and cared for from the moment we walked in. The process was efficient and the communication from the team was so top notch, I knew we were in good hands even before we'd walked in. The team at the desk made it so easy to make our appointments on the same day, without my even having to ask. They just assumed that would be more convenient since we don't live in town! We're incredibly satisfied with our experience, and so glad to have found a dentist that we can come back to. I have no doubts that the team here would be happy to discuss any accommodations you may need, or worried you might have. They make it easy for you to ask questions, and the whole experience was just so much easier than it usually is. It's such a relief to have found a Dentist, and I won't hesitate to recommend Dr. Head to any friends in the area!

SO HAPPY DR. HEAD IS MY NEW DENTIST!! I found Dr. Head when my former dentist no longer accepted my insurance and did not communicate that with me. Dr. Head and staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I went in for a regular cleaning and it was quick and painless.
