I’ve tried multiple skin spas in Lexington and Georgetown and Spa at Wellington is the best, hands down. They carry the ZO by Obagi brand of skin care which is the best I’ve found for aging skin (I’m 46 and have been using since 2018). I love that I’ve never been over injected here- just enough so age gracefully and have natural results. I’ve had facials and peels here as well and my skin responds well to the products that they use. Highly recommend!

The spa is relaxing and decorated beautifully Ashley is very friendly and Dr Edgar is knowledgable and skilled Tara alway does my facials peels and derma planing She is the best!! Highly recommend!!!
