I absolutely love the entire staff - they're professional, warm and welcoming, and they truly care about their work and making sure their clients feel seen and heard, and are happy with the results. They're exceptionally knowledgable, well-trained and they genuinely care about each patient. I've had great success with electrolysis by working with them, and my complexion has become radiantly transformed by their offered skincare treatments (the IPL, Red and Blue Light Therapy, and micro-current treatments especially have been beneficial for my skin!). I have been going to Bluegrass Electrolysis for over a year...I have done both laser and electrolysis and guess what...IT WORKS!! And you will not find nicer people than Allison and Louise!! They have educated me about hair removal, I had NO idea that waxing actually makes the hair grow back thicker! I feel like they care about me as a person (and not just another customer). I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else...they KNOW their stuff!

I purchased a groupon for laser hair removal. These ladies were so nice and helpful that I have purchased several packages beyond the groupon. Allison is about the nicest person you could ever hope to meet! Also, they gave me lots of information about how I should remove hair between laser appointments. Several of the other clinics I had visited just zapped the hair and sent me on my way. They have truly gone above and beyond. I can only come to Saturday appointments and they have done everything to accommodate me. I even realized one Saturday I was their only appointment and they didn’t cancel. I have not received this kind of service from other clinics. They set an example for customer service and relations.

went to my first visit on 5-8 I am so happy with the results that I got the staff was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable I can't wait for my next app I went for electrolysis but plan on checking out their other services because the were so good. love love love them I recommend them to everyone
