They were very personable & informative, and helped me picked the perfect implant size for my frame. I couldn’t be happier with the results! The surgery and recovery went even better than I imagined. Dr Gerstle and his team have been nothing short of amazing since the first time I stepped in his office. I had went to various consults for a breast lift and augmentation, I was left feeling like I wasn’t anymore more than a payday but Dr Gerstle and his team changed the whole experience for me. They took the time to listen and provide me with the best options to reach the outcome I was looking for. From surgery day, post op appointments, personal phone calls from Dr Gerstle himself to check on me, I couldn’t have had a better experience. I am 1 month post up currently and the results I dreamed of are even better in reality (the husband is also very pleased). AMAZING! I love my TOTAL experience with LPS; from the staff to Dr.G everyone was spectacular!!! I felt welcomed and an incredibly cared for. The level of care is SUPERIOR! The day of my procedures was effortless. We arrived at the center where I was taken to the back immediately. The anesthesiologist was a Godsend! Everything went smoothly and updates were given to my person several times during my surgery. After care was explained in great detail to ensure a positive outcome. After my procedures Katie assisted us with getting into the car; she even put the wheelchair in the trunk for us! The first day is a bit of a blur (which is a good thing- that means the pain was unnoticed.) My caregiver was very strict with my aftercare ensuring adherence to the medication schedule. (Be sure to do the same! They know the exact regimen for maximum comfort.) Every subsequent visit was equally compassionate. ❤️ ULTIMATELY I AM OVER THE MOON WITH THE RESULTS!! ❤️ I would recommend LPS to anyone looking for an amazingly compassionate, kind, and superior quality of care facility.
