My wife has been receiving treatment for over 2 years. We can’t even begin to describe how wonderful this place is. Carissa has been absolutely incredible. Results are even more incredible. When you come here for treatment you are not just a client you become family. The first appointment a payment plan was presented along with a pay now price. What makes this so place so wonderful is that it’s not a money racket. Carissa said it best herself. “Your body is my name I want you to be beautiful and happy with your results even if it takes time to get the results”! This place has not only helped the healing process of countless breast cancer survivors it has empowered them and given women their happiness and beauty back when happiness seemed so far away. So when you come here you pay for results not per treatment! Wonderful business!!

I began seeing Carissa in early 2025 for several services, including eyebrow microblading, eyeliner tattooing, lip blushing, and forehead microneedling. Over multiple visits, I noticed that the permanent makeup faded quickly and required frequent touch ups. I also did not see any visible improvement from the microneedling treatments. During several of my appointments, Carissa was often distracted by personal calls and messages. In addition, ongoing scheduling issues made it difficult to stay on track. A number of appointments were cancelled or rescheduled due to health and family matters, which caused long gaps between treatments. By the time I was able to return, much of the previous work had already faded. I expressed my concerns to Carissa, particularly regarding the lack of results from the microneedling, and shared that I no longer wished to continue the remaining sessions. Ultimately, I decided to stop treatment altogether. While my brows turned out nicely, my eyeliner healed unevenly, my lip blushing is barely noticeable and I saw no improvement in my forehead. My coworkers, who were watching my progress to see if they might pursue similar treatments, also did not notice results, which was disappointing given the cost. I do believe Carissa does good work with scar therapy, as I have seen positive results from that service. However, based on my experience, I would not personally recommend the permanent makeup or microneedling procedures. I was not informed that the treatments might not work for me, which would have been helpful to know beforehand. Carissa initially agreed to offer a partial refund, but after more than a month of waiting and following up, I was later told they were unsure why a refund was requested. This conflicting communication added to my frustration. I know many clients have had great experiences and I'm glad for them. My intention is simply to share my own experience so others can make informed decisions. I genuinely hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements, but unfortunately, the process was a regret for me. Addendum to my review...... Carissa told me different times that I would be receiving a partial refund. As of yet, I have received nothing. Even with me not having 3 of my appointments completed. My last message from Carissa was after she was notified that I left a review. She then changed her mind on refunding me anything and tried to tell me different things that was said in conversations but I had our previous conversations saved, so there was proof to what I was saying. I understand that not everyone has bad experiences but it's really sad to be treated the way that I have and be lied to when my treatment didn't turn out well and appointments kept being cancelled. When I was told I would receive some type of reimbursement and then it to just be another lie to hold me off longer is very unprofessional. If she can live with how she has conducted her business, then I will have to as well. Because... her last message to me was to never contact her again.

Carissa is kind and caring, and I’ve felt truly supported while under her care for dermal needling. She’s not only helping me regain my confidence, but the procedure is also restoring sensation as the scar tissue is being broken down — which is amazing. I look forward to seeing the final results and am so grateful for her expertise and compassion.

After being referred to Carissa from my plastic surgeons office, I finally have perfect brows that actually fit my face shape. I couldn’t be happier with how natural the color looks. Thanks!
