The Lexington Salt Cave is my FAVORITE place to reset and relax! As soon as you walk through the door you feel so welcomed by their team! The reiki session with Sandy is an absolute must!

Really enjoyed my experience! This was my first salt therapy exposure. I booked a 45 minute community session in the cave and I ended up being the only one - sweet! I wish the stone I had booked was warmed for longer, as stated in the booking description, but the cave to myself was super awesome! Loved just meditating in the cave, a very beautiful experience. It's been a little over a week since I visited and while I haven't felt crazy different, I'm realizing I haven't had a headache since going and it's been raining A LOT and that typically majorly impacts my allergies/migraines. Win!

I absolutely love The Salt Cave in Lexington. From the second you step inside, you’re surrounded by the most peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. It’s truly beautiful—soft lighting, calming energy, and that soothing salt-filled air that just melts your stress away. What I appreciate most is how safe, welcoming, and comforting the space feels. It’s the kind of place where your mind settles, your body exhales, and you can genuinely recharge. Every visit leaves me feeling lighter, calmer, and so grateful a place like this exists. If you’re looking for a serene escape right here in Kentucky, The Salt Cave is pure perfection. I can’t say enough good things. I just love it. 🌙

I've been here for several events and have always had the best time! The atmosphere here is so inviting and soothing, and Lara has always been very warm and welcoming. I love coming here, and it's always physically and emotionally restorative.

Absolutely Love the Salt Cave. The Cave its self is a wonderful relaxing experience but I personally love the Salt Tent as well. the Staff is always welcoming and friendly!
