LúMay appointments are the highlight of my month! Jaclyn truly listens to my skincare needs and goals, and consistently delivers results. What I value most is her honest guidance, I trust her completely with my skin. She's constantly educating herself to stay at the forefront of skincare, and you can feel how much she genuinely cares for her clients and takes pride in her work! Beyond her expertise, she's kind, welcoming, and simply a special person. I can't recommend LúMay Skin Spa highly enough!

I’ve been seeing Jaclyn for almost 6 years now and I’ve loved her from the first day I met her. She’s sweet and friendly, you never see her without a smile. She has the best way of explaining your treatment and keeping you informed. She offers a wide selection of of products with various and affordable price points. Shes conscious of her clients and their needs and does her very best to make everyone happy and comfortable. She’s always training and continuing education to bring on new treatments in the room, trying them in herself before a client.. If that doesn’t show true client care, i don’t know what does. 15/10 will always recommend Jaclyn and Lumay! I haven’t met the other ladies yet but I know Jaclyn handpicked them for Lumay so they must be just as amazing too!

LuMay truly has the best estheticians in Lexington! I have seen both Hannah and Jaclyn and they are phenomenal! I have struggled with hormonal acne and they fully help me troubleshoot my whole life to really get down to triggers. I also have extremely sensitive skin and Hannah and Jaclyn work their magic every time! Hannah and Jaclyn are so kind and you can tell they truly are made for this profession! In addition to facials, I have gotten acne-safe spray tans by Jaclyn, Hannah and Kristen. As a mixed girl, I have never had a solution look so natural and glowy on me! Lastly, the spa is very cozy and clean! 10/10 would recommend everyone to go to LuMay!

I love Lumay! The space is so beautiful and relaxing. Jaclyn goes above and beyond to customize your facial and make sure everything is comfortable throughout your service. Her knowledge of products and ingredients is so helpful in selecting the right home care routine. My skin always looks and feels amazing every single time I leave! 10/10 recommend!!
