I highly recommend the exceptional professionalism of the staff at this beautiful state-of-the-art clinic. Dr. Sara is medically educated and continues his educational pursuits and training to provide the latest available technologies in meeting the needs of his patients.

Leaving 1 star because I have to. I found this practice online after not feeling satisfied with my current HRT specialist and the monitoring of my labs. Once I arrived, I realized this is a Kidney specialist who appears to be doing HRT and other cosmetic services on the side. Super friendly office staff, however as a consumer w/years of HRT treatments received, I would not recommend this provider for these treatments. During the procedure, I was not feeling comfortable and felt every bit of pain w/ the injection. Does not appear to be super knowledgeable with female vs male pellet timeframes, and was charged a lot more in comparison to other places. In the meantime, I was able to re-establish care with the previous HRT specialist and figure out a better plan for my labs.

I came to get Dysport on my forehead and around my crows feet. I had not received any Dysport in about 2 years and it was in a different state, so I expected the doctor to have a thorough consultation with me. Immediately one of the ladies from up front began rubbing alcohol on my forehead and I realized Dr. Sara was not going to ask me any personalized questions on what I really wanted out of this treatment, or inform me about Dysport since I had never been to this clinic. I had an uneasy feeling, and I should have left and trusted my gut instinct. I felt very rushed, and Dr. Sara gave me the impression that he was basically going to decide what I needed on my face regardless of what I wanted. I did NOT request a lip flip, and if I had known that’s what he was doing I would have begged him to stop. There is no way to dissolve Dysport like you can fillers so I have no choice but to wait for it to fade over time and for some reason I am just one of those people that look strange with a big lip. I have thinner lips and I love them!! I have tried lip fillers before and it was horrific. When I came home about 3 hours later I noticed my top lip was huge and it completely changed the look of my face. As for the rest of the Dysport, I see absolutely zero changes. I still have lines all over my forehead and my 11s have not gone away. When I have recieved Dysport in the past, I notice maximum results by day 2. It’s now day two and I have zero changes in my face other than huge lips. The front desk staff is very accommodating and professional. But if you are looking for someone to really listen to your concerns and desires for your face. I would recommend you find another office in Georgetown or Lexington. The reviews on Dr. Sara seemed great, but I would 100% try and find a female doctor for my next visit. Someone who is attentive and takes the time to listen and ask questions before filling the syringe and treating you like a number .
