I've been seeing the certified nutritionist Sam Cohen he is fantastic. He's not like others, that can try to push you nor is he judgmental. He doesn’t make you feel guilty or bad about yourself, even if you fall off the wagon or make an unhealthy decision. He will help guide you to get back on track, as he really does want to help you achieve your goals, and do so in a way that you're comfortable and able to do so. He will work with you in creating healthy eating habits no matter your lifestyle. My work requires me to do a lot of driving, and being on the road a lot. Sam has helped me make adjustments in my eating habits, that coincide with not only my busy life, but my work life as well. Rewind Health and Wellness also offers other options to help with weight loss like Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. They also offer many other services as a health spa. So even if your not looking to loose weight, check out Rewind Health and Wellness for all the things they do offer. For instance permanent makeup, lip filler, face peels, micro blading and so much more. I know I’ll be counting on them for several different services. Also, I want to mention that all the staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable for all of your needs and interest.

The staff there makes you feel at home... They are on top of what ever your needs are. I have been doing Folix for my hair and the results in just a few weeks is phenomenal. So I'm sure this place has something there to make you healthier, look younger and definitely give you a prescription of confidence to better your lifestyle!!!!
