I just had my first facial at fizz in Georgetown since it has been under new management and Kaitlyn was absolutely wonderful. I had the private room anti-aging facial, and it was probably the best one that I’ve ever had! Great job Kaitlyn!

The place was very cute and we were excited to get our facials done. We came down to visit my sister from Chicago so we thought it would be a fun quick thing to do together. The facials were supposed to be a half hour but they were much shorter than that (or maybe mine was just much shorter? It was, generously, 20 minutes). My mom asked to sub out one service for another and the person doing her facial agreed and didn't mention a price but then up charged her $10 even though she had the other service taken off still. I asked that my sister's facial be put on her gift card and I would pay the balance for the other three and all the tips but they took a full $100 off her gift card (her facial was $49).

Madison is 10/10. My skin looks the best it has looked in years. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. Anyone I have ever encountered at Fizz has always been so nice! I recommend Fizz to everyone I know! Great service, great products, and super affordable!

Madison is excellent. She took the time to get to know me and my skin. She is knowledgeable and extremely thorough throughout the whole facial experience. She explains things well and isn’t pushy with add ons or extra services. This is an EASY 5 star rating!!

After seeing Kayla for nearly a year who was wonderful, she left to go to the Lexington location. I was paired with Madison who was 100/10. Her attention to detail was amazing. My face/ skin feels so loved and amazing. I love fizz and all their staff! Amazing products and amazing services.
