Went here with hopes of them helping with my tooth pain. Right away I felt welcome and positive. The dental assistant was one of the nicest ladies I have met. I have a phobia of needles and she kept talking to me and distracting me so I didn't panic. The dentist was polite and very clear on every step he was doing. They pulled my teeth and I didn't feel a thing. Very professional. Thank you very much for the awesome work and professional manner.

This place is a joke we had an appointment they said they called us to reschedule. And they never did. We've called there number dozens of times but they never answer. After rescheduling once giving them a new number on our secound appointment upon arrival they said they had been trying to call us even though we gave them 2 extra numbers to call. And they never answered when we called that morning. I had to miss work twice and we were told that since we didn't answer the phone our appointment was replaced. So basically they are gonna say they called you and reschedule you if you don't answer. This is a shame of a buisness. It's been 2 months two days of work unpaid and my wife is still in pain and we have to find another dentist. This place is a shame.

Only one who will work on MY mouth ever is Dr.G... he's the best there is and I so love Lee up front! Deb the assistant for Dr.G shes my comfort while I'm there she nvr leaves me!! I should mention I'm scared to death of dentists and drs. but I'm not scared of Dr.G anymore.. Save your time & money and switch today‼️ 😊💗🦷🦷🦷

Worst experience I have ever had at a dental office. I worked for a dental office, and managed one, for years. They treat their patients absolutely horrifically. Rude, condescending, make excuses for everything, etc. The front office staff is supposed to be a representation of the office, and the first impression and face people see when they come through the doors. This place obviously does NOT care about their patients, patient experience, or any kind of manners whatsoever. If a dentist allows their office to be run this way, it is absolutely clear they only care about one thing- money. Not people. I was told the day prior that they had found and verified my insurance, and when I walked in, and she handed me the papers, the told me AGAIN that they had all the insurance information so don’t worry about filling any of that part out. AFTER I finished the paperwork, she told me they couldn’t find my insurance. Ok, so why lie twice then? I told her “Ok, so in the future, it’s best if you verify the insurance prior to the appointment, because I had to drive an hour here and was told I didn’t need to bring anything, and now you’re saying you can’t find it.” The woman next to the receptionist immediately jumped down my throat; told me not to be mean, that everyone makes mistakes, they were busy, etc. I understand making mistakes, but I also teach my CHILDREN to take accountability and responsibility when they make a mistake- not make excuses and then blame others. The receptionist sat there and cried while I got my computer from my car to look up my insurance for her. We also were there for two hours and only two out of four of us were seen. I was told the appointments would be 10:20, 10:50, and 11:20, and at 12:15 they still hadn’t called my third child back or finished with the second. When I asked about it, the lady was extremely rude, told me that each appointment was an hour, etc. I let her know that’s not what I was told when I scheduled and she rolled her eyes and said “oh well.” If this was the front office staff working at the office I managed, they would be fired. Immediately. These people are, by far, the most unprofessional individuals I’ve ever encountered in the dental field. Do NOT go here. Horrible people, horrible experience.

Everyone was so kind and the doctor and the assistant was amazing she had everything I needed ready before the tooth was even pulled out.
