I recently went to a new patient appointment and was already informed over the phone that there wouldnt be a cleaning done which I was not expecting since I was a new patient. As soon as I walked in the office it wasnt too welcoming. I automatically assumed my skin color but I would think we were all adults here that wouldn’t be the case. The staff and both male and female doctor were very cold and rude. They asked my medical history and completely dismissed me and made me feel very uncomfortable. They were very judgmental asking to see proof of statements I made. They advised again I wouldnt be getting a clean, but I was already aware of that but they noticed there wasnt too much going on with me as a patient so the cleaning being done that day was on the table. They didnt say much unless it was to degrate me or sigh annoyingly. They told me theyd reach out to me to schedule (I already knew I wouldnt be back) they havent reached out to me in 2 months. If you dont want to be judged or discriminated I suggest to visit another dentist office. I will never go back there and may God bless them the way they deserve.
