I want to first off say that I’m not one to leave negative reviews for every little thing, I get places & people have bad days sometimes but I have given this office specifically Dr. Black the benefit of the doubt & several chances. I will also say my oral health is not optimal due to poverty & medical neglect as a child which I have to try to do damage control now as an adult which can be both costly & embarrassing. If you only need cleanings then this establishment would be good for you but more in-depth dental care, I would look elsewhere. The providers, especially Dr. Black are not very empathetic & understanding.. very “treat the tooth” & not the patient.

I absolutely love and recommend this office to anyone- especially people with anxiety around dental work/offices. The staff here will take care of you in every aspect- explaining everything, you can ask any question possible, ask for a break, even get some laughs in. I feel so safe and taken care of in this office, from billing to procedure it’s done with ease. I was extremely nervous my first couple appointments, each step was brought with a smile, and an explanation of what was happening. They could see I was nervous and reassured me multiple times that I was in good hands. Forever grateful for this practice, genuinely wouldn’t have kept up with my dental health if it wasn’t for them! Thank you!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience here and highly recommend it to everyone. I needed an emergency extraction and this was the only office willing to work me in on the same day. They were kind, polite, helpful, and got me in and out in about two hours. Dr. Emily Black made sure I was comfortable the entire time, did a phenomenal job removing my broken tooth, and made me feel so welcome and respected. Everyone I interacted with, from Dr. Black to the X-ray technician, to the receptionist, was friendly and genuinely seemed to want to help. I highly recommend this office and am so grateful to not be in pain anymore from that broken tooth!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a couple of years and was definitely nervous for my first appointment, the staff immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. It didn’t take long for me to get seen which was a surprise as previous practices have long waits. Melinda was my technician and helped me feel comfortable and made sure to explain everything she was doing in the cleaning process. She further made me comfortable by sharing stories and connecting with me. I was extremely surprised by all of their equipment (the chairs massage you during your appointment!!) and had an overall great experience! Looking forward to my next appointment!

I am very impressed with Allison Jarrett, DDS, her office, and entire staff. The receptionist are warm, inviting, and thorough. The waiting room is calming and not over-crowded. Allison is knowledgeable yet personable and great with children. The dental hygienist walked my children through everything they were doing and educated them in an age appropriate fashion. I especially appreciated a member of their team calling to check on my daughter the following day after she had filling and a tooth pulled. It really is the small things that truly set this office apart. I would recommend the office of Allison Jarrett to anyone!
