Aspen Dental - Charleston, WV

I gave it a month to see if I was going to write a review or not, but my experience here was not good and I am not happy with my smile. I chipped my front tooth and decided to go here even though they didn’t take my insurance because I could get in a little faster and because of the other good reviews. I paid over $400 for the tiniest chip on my tooth to be repaired and it looks terrible. My dentist, I forgot his name, told me the color would match better once I rehydrated from my appointment where he fixed it. A day turned in to a week which turned into a month and here I am still with a discolored tooth. Out $400+ for a smile I’m so unhappy with.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Reception was welcoming. X-ray technician was very pleasant and efficient. Hygienist Jessie and Dr. King both eased my anxiety by explaining everything along the way and making me feel confident about getting back on track with my dental health. A plan was presented with all the necessary steps and the estimated total cost with my insurance plan. Financing options with no interest available.

Dr. King was a great dentist in removing my right molar #31 extraction went very well. I had no pain she was great in making sure I was in no pain. Her assistant was also great in helping with the extraction. Love there techniques in helping solve my issue and relieving me of my problem. Look forward to my next appointment from here on out. 100% satisfaction

They are are top tier hands down. I walked in with no insurance, and never been in the building before. 29$ Got me an unbelievable amount treatment and peace of mind. The staff were all the most pleasant and beyond professional. I highly recommend the Charleston location. Especially over the Discount Dentures across the street

This was a one star review, I had 6-7 appts in 5 weeks, my expectations were to have my services completed in 3-4 weeks so when it went to 5 I got upset. I’m not good with names but the office asst manager worked me in even though she was maxing excuses or justifications for the long wait, (I based my timeframe off of being told it would be 2-3 weeks when I was paying for the services). Lexi was really the star of the show, she took care of me and got what I needed taken care of, instead of blowing me off like the last dental hygienist did she went to management explained what was going on and that I was upset, she handled an upset irritated customer (me) like a boss, and when I had to go back for adjustments after complaining again, I had the girl with the heart shaped glasses and when she went to the lab to do something, Lexi actually stopped in to check k on me. So Lexi is definitely a keeper. She really deserves a raise, because I was at my wits end and was about to ask for a refund. She turned a 1 star review into a 5 star review. additionally, even tho I’m bad with names the girl with the heart shaped glasses was also very professional and curious, and you can tell she’s the best they got when it comes to dental hygienist procedures. I guess I got stick with the best because I was complaining, but I get it working in customer service e for 20 years sometimes you have to Expedite some customers especially when they are upset and have jumped through a bunch of hoops. I’ve never turned a 1 star into a 5 star. The only negative I’ve seen was the girl who works the front desk, I’ve seen her just about every time I go in there and she’s nice maybe 50% of the time , when it comes to how customers are treated, she’s not the worst I’ve seen but also not the best, I’ve seen her make a few smart remarks, or faces about customers once they walk out the door, even though the customer she was dealing with was hard on her and asking a lot of questions.or the demeanor your greeted with once you walk in. I’ll say this do not let that scare you away because the dental hygienists care are awesome once you go back to receive services.
