Mountain State Oral and Facial Surgery - Kanawha City

I needed a fast appointment due to an upcoming surgery that has been scheduled for six months. They were able to get me in in less than a week for an extraction. The staff worked hard to get my insurance straightened out and let me know what my cost would be. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. I loved my doctor and the nursing staff. I have major dental anxiety, and they all made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

Let me start with Gina..most amazing, kind, caring woman and I appreciate her more than she will ever know!! Lilly the nurse was very kind and gentle, and I believe Courtney was my other nurse. She did all of my paperwork and she was the sweetest. She saw me crying and assured me it would be okay. The billing lady, extremely helpful and kind as well. The lady that did my ex-ray, was nice as well. I just cannot say enough kind things about the staff I dealt with. Big hugs to all of the staff! Thank you for actually caring for me and taking care of me through this procedure ❤️

Extremely helpful from start to finish. From medical staff to financial staff. A little busy when I got there on surgery day. Waited about 30 minutes past my appointment, which was no big deal. Surgical tech and nursing were great with getting me ready, answering all my questions, and keeping me calm. After that I dont remember much else! They called that afternoon to check on me and answer a few more questions that I had. All and all would recommend and use them again.

The staff was very kind and patient. They answered all my questions. It was my second time having an extraction with them, and I will never go to another place. They ran through my allergies, my medications and my history multiple times just to insure they had all the information correct. I 100% trust this office to get the procedure done and done correctly fast and easy. They constantly made sure I was comfortable and just eased my anxiety with needles. They were so caring and treated me like I was someone of importance. They even called me that same evening to see how my recovery was going. My advice, if you worried about a tooth extraction or procedure; go to Mountain State Oral and Facial Surgery in Kanawha City. I promise you won't regret it.

Wonderful experience despite my lifelong fears of dental procedures. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and they answered all of my questions. They offer sedation options so I fell asleep and woke up what felt like instantly. Two days later and I’ve had surprisingly little pain or swelling! I’m so thankful it’s finally taken care of and I would absolutely recommend their office!
