Affordable Dentures & Implants

First off I'll say Donna the surgery assistant was great. She tried her best to help my husband with all his issues. He had all teeth extracted and implants placed on bottom. My husband left there in terrible pain. They told us to alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen. It didn't work and he suffered for 30 days. After switching to a different practice we learned that one of the implants had aggravated a nerve and all he needed was a steroid to calm it down. During the surgery the dentist was rude to the assistant which my husband did not like. My husband was further insulted by the dentist because he said I could come back during followup but I was not to talk. I will say the girls that work there are all great and helpful but the Dr needs some training on compassion and empathy.

The consult took longer than anticipated; however, the staff was very courteous and quite professional. Their approach was direct and I appreciated that since I had another appointment 90 minutes away. I look forward to concluding our business in a few weeks, Lord willing.

Everyone in the office was very super nice friendly they the dentist in the back. I do not remember her name. She was very friendly very nice and showed me things were problems, and I’m so happy if she did, I would recommend anybody go there. They are the best.

The only problem I have so far with my visits was the actual pulling of my teeth. I was not well informed about any of it. At first I was told I could be put to sleep which is what I wanted. Then for my last appointment right before getting my teeth pulled they told me they don't do that in there office and it would have problem cost more to be put to sleep. I went ahead with being awake for the whole surgery. Surgery day came and I was extremely nervous and scared to get it done. I get in there the nurse was great but the doctor was very rude and kept going back and forth between me and the person in the next room. As he was pulling my teeth and yanking my head around he kept telling me to hold my head still or the process would take longer. Kind of hard to do when someone is yanking your teeth out of your face. After all my teeth were pulled and I got stitches in my mouth I completely broke down from the stress of everything. I didn't get any medicine for the pain and they told me that if I absolutely needed something to call and they would send something in. I had my husband call cause I can not talk. They told me they won't write me a prescription and to alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen. I think they think I am on drugs which I'm not. Never have been either my teeth looked that way due to past abuse I survived. Overall I am disappointed in how I was treated.
