Dr. Mason was hands down the best dentist I ever had the privilege of being a patient under, he is kind, attentive to patient’s concerns & well being of their oral health. Unfortunately with the updating billing & my insurance, I had to leave his practice a few years back & I have not found care to even compare to his. I wish so bad my situations were different & I could still see him, he really is the best in our area… maybe one day (sighhhh)

Mason dental is an excellent facility. It used to be in Kanawha city but since has transferred to a new location. We decided to stay with them regardless of the move. Dr. Mason is extremely dedicated to his work and patients. He’s done extensive work for my mother of the past few years and has done a stellar job!! He’s kind, patient, efficient, and sincere ! The staff operates in this manner as well & it really does create a positive atmosphere. They are also timely and considerate. We love Mason Dental and are happy to be patients with them.

Hands down the best dentist and environment I’ve ever been into for dental work. After years of not having insurance I had plenty of work to be done and Dr. Mason was awesome. He took extra time to make me feel comfortable and from my first visit he sent a treatment plan to not only my insurance but to me as well so I knew how much my co-pay and out of pocket expenses would be and in what order things were going to be done. Without a doubt I will not ever go to another dentist as long as he is in business. Another thing I really liked about this office was the environment and the support staff. Office was always super clean and orderly and everyone from the front window scheduling assistant to his assistants during the visits were extremely friendly and nice. If you are looking for a great dentist that takes his time and understands that sometimes people just need a little extra patience and understanding than this is absolutely the place to go!! The BEST dentist I have ever been to. He has treated myself, my wife, and my children. He just fixed a cavity for my daughter with fast, efficient care. She was scared and crying before we even started. When he was done she was happy and smiling with her new shiny teeth, and bragging about how tough she was and it didn't even hurt. He fixed years of Army dental butchery in a few visits. Dr.Mason and his staff are always professional, they go above and beyond consistently; they possess unmatched bedside manner. I tell all my family and friends about the Mason Dental office. Stop going to whatever Dentist you have and schedule with Mason Dental.

Dr Mason and his staff were beyond amazing from start to finish. They make you feel like family and are very, very thorough and professional. Dr Mason takes pride in doing your first visit cleaning himself! That says a lot to me as a patient. Highly recommended this dentist!
