You listened to every part of my journey and wanted me to feel confident again! Thanks for being so kind to my mother and sister! LUCKY FOR ME - I FOUND KERSTIN & Torque. I went to Kerstin for an emergency consult after a BOTCHED experience, the work that had been done by an alleged (PMU Certified artist and PMU Certified Teacher). I met with Kerstin and spent over 2 hours with her, she explained that it appeared that the Artist did not only correctly measure me, she used incorrect ink on me, my ink was looking "blueish" and very discolored. This is ink was not approved for use on the face. Kerstin took the time to explain a removal process, and steps to take to correct my brows. So we booked a correction / removal appt. immediately. I originally had brows done as an early Christmas gift from my significant other, he booked the appointment, we did meet with the Artist 1x, she showed me one girl she did, and at first look they looked great, then started showing me photographs from her cell phone. She claimed she was PMU Certified Artist and a PMU Certified Teacher. Long story short, a few days later she kept messaging my significant other saying her "spots were selling out fast and if I wanted work done, I needed to book ASAP to get the discount." After several days of exchanged text messages, I agreed to a December appt. After my appt. I realized within two days, that my brows were completely uneven, one longer than the other, one higher placed than the other. Complete disaster. I recall the Artist telling me that "brows are sisters NOT twins". Well, brows are not to be OFF this much! My brows were very noticeably OFF! THE STATE OF WV NEEDS TO HAVE STRICTER REGS AND POLICIES SO THAT THESE "ALLEGED" PMU ARTISTS CAN BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE BOTCHED WORK. THE ALLEGED "ARTIST" I WENT TO, TEACHES VERY YOUNG LADIES and THEN SENDS THEM OUT INTO THE WORLD, giving these Young Ladies SO MUCH FALSE HOPE, urging the to start working immediately after only a few short hours of ALLEGED Teaching!! LADIES DO NOT BELIEVE what someone tells You about their skills. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU SEE ON THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA!!!! PLEASE LADIES RESEARCH YOUR ARTISTS! PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THE FALSE INFORMATION THAT SOMEONE PLACES ON THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES!! NOT ONLY DOES KERSTIN HAVE THE EDUCATION & SKILLS TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. SHE DEEPLY CARES ABOUT HOLDING THOSE ALLEGED ARTISTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR BOTCHED WORK!

I came to kerstin with some brows that I wasn't completely satisfied with. They were too close together and a little uneven. She answered me almost immediately, she made me feel so comfortable and educated me on so many things about brows that I had no clue about. She got me in within 48 hours and fixed what needed fixing. She has kept up to date and checking on my progress consistently. I 10/10 recommend reaching out to her if you need any brow/tattoo correction or even scar correction

It’s a very traumatic tattoo that I’m thankful to finally be getting rid of. Her shop and herself have such a great vibe that makes anyone feel welcomed and comfortable! Kerstin has been working to revise an old scar I have, and she’s been so incredibly warm and welcoming throughout everything! The process is basically painless thanks to her magic numbing cream, and healing is a breeze too. I’ve only had one session so far, but the scar is already much smoother, those weird scar-bumps are nearly gone, and the color is much more uniform as well. She’s also been extremely responsive and interested in making sure everything heals alright between sessions. Kerstin is an amazing person and I’m super excited to see what it looks like once she’s done working her magic!
