I absolutely love Jays Beauty Supply!!! My family have been loyal customers since its opening. Mr. Jay and his family are such wonderful people. They always try to help make sure that any customer that comes in feels safe, respected, and happy while shopping. They go above and beyond when it comes to making selections or decisions that will be best for your needs. Their pricing has always been stellar & still is. Many of the products that you see in their store are often 15-25% less than other retailers. You get amazing accessories and hair needs for the fraction of the cost. Also - they have a doggie named Cookie & that’s my baby :) . I highly recommend Jays to anyone in Charleston and beyond !

First time coming into this store and I was blown away in the best of ways! They had a large variety of products at such great prices. The workers were so knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate! I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience, thank you so much!! Traveling here from any part of WV is worth it!

Owner is super friendly, I like people that when you walk into their business, they remember your name day, they know a little bit about you. They ask how you are those. They ask how your kids are your dogs, etc. This guy goes over and beyond with making you feel welcome. Prices are greatHuge selection of things to choose from, if I could give you ten stars, I would.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. The store has a large variety of things with reasonable prices. They usually have everything I need already in stock and always there to assist.me in finding what I'm looking for or to recommend a product or solution that will help with whatever problem I may be inquiring about.
