Manchester Dentistry and Braces

I had to change my review. Here's my story. I went in looking for help knowing id need to prob get teeth removed and lower dentures. And that ended up being the plan. Not to long later I had teeth removed and chose to wait for my mouth to heal and have custom dentures made to fit my mouth. After my mouth healed this is where it all kinda went down. It took many appointments, some of the time everyone wasnt on the same page of what was to be done. I was told one thing and something else was being done. When my impressions were taking I was laying down, and I felt rushed with everything. The main dentist was usually behind. One day I had to wait an hour for him. The day I got my dentures back was the day I was supposed to get a mold to try on with teeth and everything to see if I liked it before making the final. But they already made the final and gave it to me right then. He had me try it on. I thought it looked weird but was told its because i havent had teeth for awhile. But it wasnt to long i didnt have teeth and if for how long its because some appointments he could of done more at once instead of making them into tons of appointments. Anyways i went home and It cut up my mouth so bad I couldn't wear them. So I went back and told him my concerns. he did help make it so it doesnt hurt my mouth, but they do not look right I have a horse face and cant smile without looking like the joker. They are supposed to look natural. One side is two pressed out. He told me its the way my jaw is for not having teeth and he cant file the outside down. So after spending over 4000 dollars I cant even wear them. I havent gone back. Because I dont think they would even help. But I think they need to remake them and take there time or refund me. I dont think they understand how much this can effect someone's mental health. UPDATE- no one has tried to contact me.

I have had a billing issue for about 7 months now for a second partial due to the first one that I paid for in full that did not fit right and after numerous attempts to try and fix the dentist told me he would have another one made at No charge to me,and a bill was submitted to my insurance anyway and when I told the dentist what happened and that took all my allowance for the year he said it would be taken care of and the girl that was supposed to be taking care of it with my insurance has now went to a different office, I have tried my insurance company has tried to contact them and have been disconnected, now there saying I am 3 months late trying to charge me over $300 more, I am not late I was always told by the original girl don’t worry about it im still waiting on your insurance, I have written to the dentist himself, gone to office several times I have dates and times to hear over and over we are still waiting to hear from your insurance, my insurance has no messages from then about this matter, I am so sick and tired of getting the run around for something that is not my fault, and I better NOT be sent to claims, I want this taken care of, I have been patient long enough!!! PS maybe if someone would give me answers I wouldn’t have to go public with this.

Amazing experience! I was looking for a place to do a cleaning for a while because I’ve been in places before that my teeth did not look clean after, but today I finally found it. Mohamed did a great job !! Also the dental assistant Jonathan, so nice and careful during all the process.

Great office overall! After many issues with other dentist offices I finally found one who is willing to help my disabled adult son. They were very gentle and honest with what needs to be done. My son was very happy with all of them. Would highly recommend this office!!!

The front desk ladies are always so kind and welcoming. I have had 2 dental assistants now and both were so easy to talk to and calming like a breathe of fresh air! The dentist is very knowledgeable and seems like a nice easy going guy that cares for his patients. I would definitely recommend people to this location.
