I had an amazing experience at this dental office! My dentist was incredibly professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can truly tell she cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. And I have to give a special shoutout to her assistant, Madly — she was fantastic! Super attentive, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The teamwork between them was seamless. If you’re looking for a dental office that delivers top-tier care with a personal touch, this is the place. Highly recommend! 👏🦷

My roommate has cerebral palsy the staff was so kind and accommodating. The dental assistant was so patient getting x-rays and then the dentist was so nice about doing the cleaning not an easy task for them as he has an hard time opening his mouth. I would highly recommend the office.

I had a great experience at Perfect Dental office. The staff is incredibly nice, and the receptionist was very friendly and explained everything clearly. The medical team was smiling, professional, and extremely pleasant to work with. What impressed me the most is that they took me in for my exam exactly at 8:00 AM, right on schedule with my appointment. Truly excellent service — highly recommended!

A very close friend of mine, an international student without dental insurance, recently had a really disappointing experience at this clinic that honestly felt like a scam. They paid $125 out of pocket for an initial appointment, mainly to get help and a referral for a throat/tonsil issue. Their appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but after checking in, they had to wait more than 30 minutes just to be seen, which was already frustrating given how expensive the visit was. What made the situation worse is that after paying this amount, they politely asked if they could at least receive a basic dental examination or consultation to make the most of the visit. Instead, they were told to first see a primary care doctor for the throat issue and then come back and book another appointment. This made no sense, especially since they had already paid for that visit and received almost no real service. For someone paying entirely out of pocket, the value provided was extremely poor. The clinic was not transparent about what the initial visit actually included, and the overall experience felt unhelpful and dismissive. It’s really disappointing to see places treat students and uninsured patients this way. Hopefully, the clinic improves its transparency, scheduling efficiency, and overall patient experience so others don’t go through the same situation.

No sales tactics or pushy personnel, extremely professional and directly to the point. I compared it to bringing your old car in for inspection, it really doesn't need what they are trying to sell you it only really needs what is absolutely necessary. It's covered by Medicaid otherwise very affordable. The staff is young and fun and friendly. Only wish I had found them sooner. Fast and quick appointments also. I've never been to a better dentist practice and have every intention of receiving future care from this practice. I was at the end of my rope with Delta and Amoskeag with the overselling and bullying and scare tactics, especially being not covered by dental insurance thru an employer at this time. Perfect Dental is the place to go. Easy to get to at Queen City and Second Street.
