The person who collects payments and calls people is very rude. I really liked the dentist we talked about cars a couple of times but the finance person at the front desk is not someone I want to be taking to. I am sick with a cold and they called to "confirm" an appointment. Proceeded to tell me it would "go against me" in a rude tone if I canceled due to being sick. She wants to PUNISH customers who are sick or cancel. How about this. It goes against YOU for being rude and you just lost a customer for treating people badly. Don't threaten people. Dentists are a dime a dozen and I dont need to be going here. She was also rude to me before when I was discussing having 2 insurances, hence why i am done here. I don't need this every time i come in to the dentist. Edit, since management responded: i have no problem with confirming appointments. But don't hold it against people if they are sick. I was also just seeking information on what the protocol was if someone had a bad cold. But to be told " we will make a note on your file" or "it will go against me" is ridiculous. Childish even. Oh and 1 more thing. Parking here Sucks. They don't have their own parking and rely on street parking. If the town is working on the road or has snow, be prepared to be looking for a spot that doesnt say no trespassing for 15 minutes!

My son had broken one of his front teeth and Dr Mahmood was in his insurance network. It was our first appt with him and I was really impressed with his ability and his professionalism as we left the office with his tooth repaired and in such a short time I didn't think was possible. Highly recommended and my son really liked him and his staff.

The experience I had here was absolutely amazing! All of the staff was kind, patience, caring, and so helpful. They got me in quickly and saw that I was in so much pain from my wisdom teeth and a day after my consultation they referred me to an oral surgeon and took my top wisdom teeth out. The procedure was so quick and painless. I was in great hands and Doctor Mahmood was absolutely amazing. Thank you for all your kindness and amazing work! I have officially moved here for my primary dental care.

Very thorough, kind and accommodating with scheduling. My hygienist was amazing. Happy to have found them!

I absolutely love this dentist, so much that now my 5 year old also uses this office for his dental care! Anytime I have an emergency like a toothache they take me right in on the day of or next day, and the dentist is EXTRA gentle. I have been terrified of the dentist since childhood, and this is the only dentist that I trust and feel comfortable with. Thank you for being such a great dentist! 🦷😊❤️
