Dr. Dental: Dentistry & Braces

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Mansi and her dental assistant Mary at Dr. Dental: Dentistry & Braces. From the moment I walked in, they were kind, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable. They were fast, gentle, and even funny, which really helped me relax. They explained everything clearly and worked so well together as a team. I was honestly amazed at how much they were able to get done for me in just one day. They also helped me book my orthodontist appointment and my oral surgeon appointment for my wisdom teeth before I left, which made everything so much easier and less stressful. Even after all that work, I didn’t leave feeling miserable — just a little sore, which is totally expected. I definitely did not go home looking like a monster like I feared 😅 You can tell they truly care about their patients. I’m so grateful for the care I received and highly recommend them!

I’ve been twice so far and both times they have been kind and professional and courteous. I did not feel judged or like my health did not matter which is huge. They communicate well and made sure I was comfortable and good to go every step of the way. After searching for years for a decent dental office I’m glad I found one and appreciate their willingness to work with me. Thanks!

Emergency visit in Manchester, NH. My crown came off. I live in PA and would have had to wait four days to go home to fix it. They got me in right away, told me the (reasonable) price up front, and even agreed to submit the bill to my out of state insurance just in case. I really appreciated their compassion. Dr. Syed reattached my crown permanently. Thank God they were there for me!

Twice they sent me collections notices on a balance due. Both times I called back the person that could look into it was not in the office and I had to call back. I pay my bill everytime before leaving their office when I finally got a hold of some one could help they said it was a mistake. I also got a deep cleaning done. A month later my new dentist and periodontist said I needed a deep cleaning. When I told them I already had one they said it wasn't a very good one if I did. Now I have to wait a year and a half before my insurance will allow me to have a new one done. They were friendly but I felt like it was a cash grab and the collection confusion was frustrating. I spent more time in hold then getting work done.

The people and experience was good however they filled 5-6 cavities without numbing and it did really hurt even though I was told it would not so I’d just be cautious of this and if you’re sensitive don’t let them tell you that they can’t numb you cause I would’ve rather been there for the extra 15 minutes to not have felt an hour of pain from drilling. However, they were quick and efficient.
