First time experience and follow up appointment were both great! Friendly and efficient staff. Dr Planovich made me feel right at ease, explained my options, and let me make the decisions. She was wonderful and I would recommend anyone I know to her and this office.

Dr. O’Connor and Julie his medical assistant were professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my skin surgery. I don’t typically write reviews but I felt compelled to write one about emily PA. I came in with something that I was very nervous about and I felt like she was judging me and I left feeling worse. It’s ironic because Miss rush seemed like she was in a rush to get me out of the room as if she had somewhere else better to be. She is relatively new and thinks she knows more than she actually does. I have had postive experiences with other providers at DSH and I will plan to go back to see the other them but I won’t be in a hurry to see Miss Rush.

This facility far exceeded my expectation. Everyone here was very pleasant, easy to talk with and helpful. Over the years I have only seen doctors so I was concerned about seeing a NP. I had Lindsey and was amazed. She was more thorough than any doctor I have had and answered all my questions without hesitation. I am staying with Lindsey from now on.
