I had such an amazing experience at Eye Envy! My before picture is completely bare-faced, and I can’t believe the transformation. My brows are absolutely perfect – shaped beautifully and so natural. For my lips, round 1 was a little too red for me, and Charlene didn’t hesitate to bring me back. Round 2, with a bit more brown, came out PERFECT and exactly what I wanted. Charlene is a joy to work with and a true perfectionist. She literally would not let me leave until I was 100% satisfied with both my brows and lips. That level of care is rare. This was a very positive experience. From the time I called to book the appointment to the finished product. At 64, I wonder why I waited so long. Charlene is lovely, professional, personable and really takes time out to hear what you envision your brows should look like. The left pics are me with no brows, then the bottom one is what I looked like when I pencilled them in and then the top and right pics shows me with my beautiful new brows on the first day it was done. If you are contemplating, dont any longer and call to make your appointment. You will not be disappointed.

She listened to my opinion. I had my brows done at a previous salon. She corrected all of the problems that I had with the previous tattoo artist and made me a very happy customer and I will continue to go see Charlene for touchups and anything else I need she’s great.

I’ve had seven or eight lash and brow appointments now. I first came in nervous after a bad experience elsewhere. Charlene fixed everything. Charlene and Ashley are professional and they both provide great consultative advice, make me feel comfortable, are skilled at their craft, deliver consistent results and are easy to schedule with. I’m always so happy when I leave. I feel pretty and I enjoy their company during my treatments!
