I had the most incredible buccal facial experience at Beauty & The Body. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, welcoming, and deeply relaxing. Gretchen has created a beautiful space. I've never had a buccal facial before but I was looking for something to help with tension and stagnation in my face. I am so glad I booked one! First, Gretchen is great at educating, giving personalized recommendations and has a conversation with you based on her expertise with concerns you have. My buccal facial was both deeply therapeutic and visibly sculpting. I left feeling lifted, relaxed, and noticeably less tense through my jaw and face. My eyes look more awake too! If you carry facial tension, grind your teeth, or are looking for a natural, holistic approach to facial rejuvenation, I can’t recommend this enough. Such a special experience, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve been seeing Gretchen for 3 months now and I’ve seen tremendous change in my skin. Gretchen is such a lovely person! She’s given me a few massages and most recently a prenatal massage. She’s so knowledgeable and has a calming presence to her. I couldn’t recommend her more! I just booked a facial with her too. She’s multi licensed and she’s worth every penny 🥰 if I could give her 1000 stars I would!
