I am obsessed with my Friday the 13th tattoo!! Alyson did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable and gentle that I didn’t notice they were done.

Excuse the poor quality of the picture from the flash sale. If anyone has a better one please share with me. I’ve tried to reach out by email and messages and do plan to also visit the shop since I’ve had no luck. I’m a really chill person mostly just sharing so if hopefully doesn’t happen again. It could have been way worse. The tattoo image on the left is what I was given and the right is what I was given. This was a flash tattoo I received at your shop on Valentine’s Day, 2/14. I selected a specific design directly from the flash images provided that day. Unfortunately, I did not obtain a photo of the completed tattoo until I was already in my car, at which point I asked a friend to take a picture so I could see it. When I did, I was shocked to realize that the tattoo I received was not the design I had chosen from the flash images. I want to acknowledge my own fault in not asking to confirm placement, design details, or to see the final tattoo before leaving. That said, I do feel it should be standard practice for a tattoo artist to confirm both the design and placement with a client prior to beginning—especially for a tattoo on the head, which is highly visible behind the ear. While the tattoo I received is similar to the requested art, it is not the design I chose and not what I wanted. This experience was definitely a lesson learned for me, but I’m disappointed given the visibility and permanence of the tattoo. The shop of course was crazy busy as it was Valentine’s Day, in the mall, on a warm weekend and FLASH TATTOOS. A friend also got a tattoo and had a wonderful experience. It’s very clean and for the most part everyone was friendly.

I was a quick walk in for some lettering. The staff was nice and the artist did a good job. Only reason I’m knocking off a star is I had messaged the shop a few months ago asking if they took credit cards and was told yes. After the tattoo was finished the artist told me she only took Venmo or cash app. Thankfully another artist was able to take my card and will transfer the money. Artists should disclose the available payment methods before the tattoo since they each do their own transactions.

Alec was absolutely wonderful and gave me a tattoo that I love! He was efficient, fast and a joy to have a conversation with! Would 100% recommend, I will be back for more therapy in the near future! Thanks again!🫶🏻

I went here today for my very first tattoo with Jamie, and I have to say, my experience was amazing! He made sure I was comfortable with everything and that the design was exactly what I wanted, and he was super cool throughout the whole thing! He made it as painless as possible and offered me water and breaks throughout, and didn’t mind at all that I’d brought my own media to distract from the pain, which was awesome! Best of all, the tattoo came out beautiful and even after the appointment, he was right there to answer my messages for aftercare advice I will certainly be coming back again! Update 7/27/24: The tattoo has fully healed and it looks absolutely incredible, always so vibrant and I’ve had many people tell me how cool it is!
