Local Infusion

This is the best infusion center I’ve been to! That says a lot because I’ve had lupus for 15 years and lived in LA and NYC before coming to New Hampshire. The nurses and staff are really kind, friendly, and professional! The infusion rooms are cozy and feel like home. They have coffee, sodas, snacks, TV, warm blankets, and comfy recliners.

Where do I begin to say how impressed I am of this cute and quaint infusion center that treats you like royalty when you walk in? I have been to many infusion centers and nothing comes close in comparison. These ladies are all super sweet, greet you with a smile, text you with setting up your schedule and keeping you informed of cost. You feel the compassion they have for their patients and take pride in their positions, which contributes to making this the coziest place you feel comfortable in. It’s like a home away from home. I live in Nashua and I’m willing to drive the extra 20 mins to be pampered. This is my 2nd journey at Local Infusion and requested through my neurologist that they send the orders to them. My first experience was memorable enough where I didn’t have a doubt in my mind that I would go back if I need another infusion. This experience was just as memorable and all in positive ways. Cindy has been my nurse on both my journeys and I can’t speak highly enough of her skills and knowledge with finding a vein for my IV. Her confidence made me so such more at ease as most of my experiences finding a vein is next to impossible requiring a vein finder at other infusion centers, but Cindy has found 5 without any problems. She advised drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated is extremely helpful with the process and I followed her instructions to a tee and she never fell short of making it all attempts successful. I had a reaction to my solu-medrol and needed to be on Benadryl around the clock as well as an intense headache the first day. Cindy mixed my solu-medrol with extra saline and extended the time by an extra half hour, which was a miracle. Zero HEADACHE and much more tolerable with the itching and flushing. I never felt rushed to be out of the room and was always told to take my time. Onto the rooms and amenities…There are several single rooms to choose from all with recliners and an extra chair for any visitor accompanying you during your time. They have a smart TV in each room that you can log into Prime, Netflix or use their own free TV cable guide. They have plenty of outlets to plug your IPad, phone or laptop into all with free WiFi access. I got a little chilly when doing my infusions and Cindy would always have a blanket warmed up for me. They also have snacks if you get hungry and plenty of drinks that are all free and readily available if needed. Bathroom is handicap accessible with a variety of female sanitary products if the time happens to strike when you’re there. This is a true hidden gem with extraordinary service by the whole team. Why wouldn’t you want to be pampered and treated like royalty when you’re feeling miserable and needing infusions? Thank you for being a safe haven for me! And a special thanks to “Cindy!” ❤️

I go to the center every six months for infusions.For multiple sclerosis. From the moment I walk into the moment I leave the ladies in the office are so comforting. The turnover is very low. So when you go, they always remember you and all the special touches about you, which just makes you feel so welcomed. Is it weird to say that I always look forward to my next infusion every six months?? I assure you, and it's all because of the staff!!

A very pleasant experience! Professional, comfortable and such a great staff! Very prompt responses and extremely accommodating to my schedule. Above and beyond treatment. Facility is spotless. Nurse Emma was skillful, knowledgeable and very good at her job. Thank you, Local infusion for making this a very pleasant experience! Oh and what tasteful holiday decorations! Felt like home!
