Inner Source Massage and Bodywork

I absolutely love going to Emily at Inner Source. I have been going to Emily once a month for 90 minute deep tissue massages for over 5 years. I have noticed better quality of life when I am able to keep to this routine. She is a skilled massage therapist and always has a clean space with a relaxing atmosphere. I love all the oils that Emily uses and sells. I trust Emily and imagine being a client for as long as possible!

I have been getting massages with Emily at least once a month for several years. She's so great at what she does! I really appreciate how much Emily customizes each massage based on how I'm feeling that day, but we can also build on progress made on certain problem areas. Sometimes it feels like she works magic - her massages made a bigger difference on some hip issues I had a few years ago than my PT did! I highly recommend getting a massage with Emily!

Emily provides a comfortable and safe atmosphere where I'm able to relax immediately upon entering her studio. Her work has helped me overcome both physical and emotional trauma. While most massage therapists focus on relaxing the body (which is nice), Emily's intention is on healing.
