Kristen is a truly gifted massage therapist and I cannot recommend her enough. She has a thorough understanding of anatomy and is very intuitive. She hits all the right spots just the way you want them. Kristen has been a huge help in getting my body back to a pain-free state.

I recently had the pleasure of having two massages from Kristen that I’ve never tried: foot reflexology and shiatsu. I honestly didn’t think I would like them as much as I did but they were both amazing! Kristen provided a serene atmosphere and applied just the right amount of pressure, checking in just enough to make sure the pressure was just right. Both times I left feeling relaxed and stretched.
