I had an incredible experience at Heal! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome! Everyone was warm and genuinely attentive. It’s clear that they care deeply about their clients and take the time to explain the hyperbaric process in a way that’s easy to understand. What really stood out was how knowledgeable the team is. They answered all of my questions with patience and detail, and I felt confident I was in great hands. The facility itself is clean, calming, and very well-maintained — a reflection of the high standard of care they provide. Whether you’re new to hyperbaric therapy or a returning client, I highly recommend this place. The entire staff creates an environment of comfort and trust that makes a big difference in the healing experience.

I can’t say enough good things about this hyperbaric therapy practice. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my health and healing. The facility is clean, modern, and incredibly calming—everything you’d want in a therapeutic environment. I started hyperbaric sessions for recovery and inflammation, and within just a few treatments, I noticed a real difference. My energy levels improved, my sleep was deeper, and nagging aches began to fade. The technicians took time to explain the process clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. This place is a hidden gem for anyone serious about improving their health and well-being. Highly recommend to anyone considering hyperbaric therapy—truly a 5-star experience!

After 37 years and more than 1,500 migraines… my brain is finally quiet. SHORT VERSION (for the impatient reader): For 37 years I lived with chronic migraines — roughly 1,500 of them. Neurologists. MRIs. Medications my body absolutely hated. Then I began neurofeedback reprogramming with Sada. Today I have been migraine-free for seven months. None. Not one. After nearly four decades of migraines, that feels somewhere between a miracle and winning the neurological lottery. If you want the slightly longer version of how that happened… keep reading. THE LONGER VERSION (for anyone living the migraine life): If you’re a migraine sufferer, you may want to sit down for this one… preferably somewhere brighter than a bathroom floor. For months I thought I needed to write the full saga of my migraines. But honestly… it’s a crazy long story. So below is a 'shorter version' for what a long version could have been! Thirty-seven years ago I survived a devastating car accident that left me with a serious brain injury and a body that had clearly been through a war. From that moment forward I lived with weekly migraines. Some lasted two days. Many required what I came to call my “bathroom residency program” — living on the floor in the dark, praying for relief and wondering if my head might actually explode. Over the years I estimate I’ve had 1,500+ migraines. Yes… I did the math. I highly recommend not doing that math if you want to stay cheerful. I saw neurologists. I had MRIs. I tried medications my body absolutely hated. The general medical strategy often felt like: “Here… take this and hope for the best.” Meanwhile I was raising a daughter who was four and a half when this began — and migraines don’t exactly cooperate with motherhood, work, or… well… life. Then I met Sada. For a little over a year I’ve been doing neurofeedback reprogramming with her, and I committed to it seriously. I showed up. I did the work. I scheduled around her busy calendar and mine like it was the most important meeting of my life. Because frankly… it was. And here is the result: I have had ZERO migraines for seven months. None. Not one. Honestly, if they had dropped to one or two a month I would have been thrilled. But this? This is freedom. In fact, I stayed in Vermont this winter — which, if you know Vermont winters, is a serious commitment — because I didn’t want to miss sessions. When something is working this well… you don’t mess around. What Sada does is subtle work. You might not notice it happening at first. Until one day you wake up and realize: Your brain is quiet. And if you’ve ever lived with chronic migraines, you know that might be the greatest luxury on earth. Sada gave me something doctors and medications never could: a peaceful brain. And when that happens… it’s time to celebrate and go run after your life. After 37 years of migraines, silence in my brain may be the most luxurious thing I’ve ever owned. (Also, public service announcement: please only take my appointment slots when I'm out of town. Let’s all be civilized about this.) — Linda
