Heidi is like meeting an old friend who is also a professional in all she does. I felt like I knew her for years! She did exactly what I wanted. I wanted to go into my appointment with my brows done similar to Joan Crawford's only super jacked-up to mess with her. I thought that would be a funny!! Unfortunately I didn't have the time. Heidi is super great at what she does & I highly recommend her. She's personable & understands the human condition!! I definitely think Heidi is the cats meow in professionalism, knowledge & she has a grand personality. She's a wonderful lady!! I'm glad I found her! I never leave reviews, but I had to write one for Heide because she truly is exceptional. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond. I came to her to help correct tattoos I had done after my double mastectomy that hadn’t turned out well, and she treated my situation with so much care, patience, and compassion. Before we even met in person, Heide spent a significant amount of time talking with me on the phone, answering my questions and making sure I felt comfortable. When I went in for my consultation, I was immediately struck by how beautiful, clean, and elegant her shop is. Once again, she took her time, carefully explaining the procedure and making sure I felt fully informed and at ease. The day of the tattooing was an incredible experience. Heide explained every step before she began and worked with such gentleness, which I deeply appreciated. Her warm, engaging personality made the appointment fly by. She even sent me home with a thoughtful gift bag—such a kind and unexpected gesture. The results were far beyond anything I could have hoped for. I had avoided looking at myself in the mirror since my surgery, and Heide completely changed that. I am beyond impressed with her work—my chest honestly looks better than it did before surgery. Heide thoroughly explained aftercare and even followed up to check on how I was healing. That level of care is rare. I will absolutely be returning for more services. She is kind, professional, and incredibly talented, and I felt completely safe in her hands. If I could give her more than five stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and go see her—she truly changed my life.
