Maine Massage & Float

Massage+float was a great spa experience! Masseuses were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled. They provided a relaxing transition from the massage table to the float tank. First time floating and I was very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of their set up. Very unique and meditative -- I forgot that I was in Maine in February! Kevin was also quite helpful getting every thing schedule for my partner and I!

I have to say that I love this place. I have been going here about 2-3 times a month for a few years. The massage has always been excellent at relieving tension. I have had massages from several providers here. I have used Kevin and Margaret the most and love their skill. The BEST part is right after my massage I do a one hour float. It is the most relaxed I have ever felt. I have been doing this combination for about two years and highly recommend it. If you have not tried it, you are definitely missing out.

My experience here was amazing. The staff were all super welcoming and kind, and Beth gave the most amazing myofascial release massage. I left feeling so relaxed and cared for. I already have my next massage booked because of how amazing of an experience I had. I will be trying the float soon too!! I highly recommend this place!!

I recently had shoulder surgery and have been seeing Adam on a monthly basis to help with my recovery. He is one of the most knowledgable massage therapists I have ever seen. He is able to pick up on any tension or problem areas immediately. I always leave my session feeling rejuvenated. I am positive he is helping with my recovery in a huge way. Thanks Adam!

Amelia was wonderful. I had some stiffness in my hands, arms, shoulders from prolonged computer work and she massaged it away. She was also very friendly and pleasant to converse with during the session.
