The space was lovely, cozy, and calm. I really enjoyed my experience with Mary - it felt more therapeutic than a regular massage and she pointed out some issues that I wasn't even aware of and in retrospect, make sense. She also explained everything that she was doing pretty thoroughly and I felt much better after my appointment. Lastly, she made some really helpful suggestions for my future care even though I don't live in the area/can't regularly come back to You Knead Me.

Mary is incredible! I saw her for a prenatal and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. She has so much knowledge and is not afraid to go deep, typically I feel like prenatals are way too light and don’t get the job done, but Mary knows how to provide relief!
