I cannot recommend Shawna enough. She’s amazing at what she does and you can really tell that she’s dialed into all the facets of work with her clients. It’s part of my self care survival routine, I cannot give up my monthly appointments! They help keep me on my feet. Literally!

I have been seeing Shawna over the past year, every 3-4 weeks. I look forward to my foot reflexology appts and never leave disappointed. Shawna is an excellent therapist, very thorough and attentive to what my body is telling her. I leave relaxed and refreshed after each visit…counting the days till my next appt. If you haven’t had a foot reflexology session before, I highly recommend it and Shawna. You will not be disappointed!

I've been going to Shawna for sessions for quite some time now. It's self care that I never skip because it really helps! I always do the 75 minute Rei-flexology because it helps align along with the healing/maintenance work. She brings so much more to the table compared to other providers I've tried. She's always evolving herself & methods so just when you think it can't get better, it does! Highly recommend. I'm there every month!

I wish I could see Shawna every day! She has worked on my feet and hands many times. Always a treat. I'm on my feet a lot and I love to run. Taking care of my feet is critical for my overall well being. Shawna is very thorough and intuitive.
