Conscious Touch Holistic Healing

I had a wonderful massage with Mo recently. She is a caring, empathetic, and very intuitive and skilled massage therapist. She listened to my concerns and did an amazing job. I made sure to book another appointment before leaving! I really love that Conscious Touch offers a variety of healing modalities as well, and look forward to exploring them.

Morgan was phenomenal. I'm from Florida up here for a week's vacation. I hurt my lower back and haven't been able to sleep. Morgan helped me so much. I posted my picture just to show how relaxed I was.

I had my first massage today at Conscious Touch with Josh. Not only is Josh a phenomenal massage therapist but he was a superb human and treated me extremely well. I was not in the best mind Frame coming into this massage but Josh literally helped to alleviate the world off my shoulders today. He is considerate, kind, funny and is incredible at what he does. He listens to your body and what it needs. I am happy to have found my new massage therapist in him!

She was kind, thoughtful, checked on me throughout to guarantee giving me the best experience she could! The communication was phenomenal, the massage itself was amazing, & Liv made me feel my ultimate best! You can bet she now has a regular customer!

September has been my go to for massages for a couple of years now! She is amazing and what she has created with Conscious Touch fills a need with the southern Maine community in terms of health, wellness, and self care! She listens to the needs of her clients and each session is individually tailored for them. I haven’t received a massage from the other team members but I’m sure they are just as wonderful! Highly recommend!!
