Closed their South Portland location that was accessible for us. Didn’t opt in to their “marketing emails” and we were auto renewed of our membership. Within hours of the auto renewal, we asked for a refund but was denied. Given we were customers for over 4 years, our local location was closed and we asked to cancel within hours of this charge. I was surprised at the lack of flexibility and accommodation.

I absolutely recommend Southern Maine Massage and Wellness Windham for any of your spa service needs. I was there yesterday and absolutely loved my treatments. The practitioners are highly trained, professional, and make for a wonderful experience!

Haley was wonderful! She delivered the massage I asked for some pressure and relaxation! She was kind, attentive, and delivered one of the best massages ever. I appreciate her professionalism!

Sharing my wife’s experience here. I booked a massage and facial for her April 12th since I would be out of town & I wanted to do something nice. We normally go to Adeline Wellness Spa (highly recommend!!) but this place is local and we have always wanted to try it. It had great reviews so we were really excited but she left extremely disappointed. She said she had to wait on a very uncomfortable couch and one of the first things the woman said to her was “I’m not a massage therapist, I’m an esthetician.” But yet we paid for a massage that was not performed by the appropriate personnel. The facial was also just a face mask that she put on three different times then wiped off. Nothing like a traditional facial. During the “massage”, my wife noticed the bed was super squeaky and the esthetician was not wearing shoes as well, which seems unhygienic.. Overall, my wife said she does not recommend this place and she would never go back. We think the other reviews were written by friends or something because nothing aligned with the reviews and there isn’t that many (13 at time of writing). The staff here seem to have no training, experience, or idea of basic hygiene practices unfortunately.

I have a great massage every time I go! I’m sad that they close the South Portland clinic It’s too far from south Portland for me.
