The positive environment was very inviting. Meredith R did a great job on my hair, she communicated well and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Maddy B was also helpful in the process. Both were sweet girls! They made my first experience great.

I’ve had mostly good experiences at this salon and am not super picky when it comes to how my hair turns out. However, this time my hair turned out awful. I went in for highlights to bring the blonde back to my roots and get a root tap as well as get my hair toned. My hair is almost an orangish color and very patchy. I’m super disappointed as this was potentially my last time getting my hair dyed blonde before going back to my natural color. I was also almost in the chair for 5 hours and it has never taken that long to do my hair. I want to get it fixed but i can’t sit in a chair for 5 hours again. I don’t even know how to make my hair look good. I usually feel confident after leaving the salon but not this time. I’m embarrassed of it. My hair looks worse than when i came in.

I made an appointment to get rid of the blonde-turned-brass in my hair and I was not disappointed! Lily did an incredible job. She was very professional and super nice. Extremely happy with how my hair turned out!

This is the results of getting a simple haircut at tspa, as you can see it is completely uneven, one side is two inches longer than the other side, and what in the world is that chunk missing in the middle. Also this cut was checked by instructors twice, once with wet hair and once after it was dry. Why would an instructor ever approve this, I don’t understand. Multiple times throughout this cut I was told I have so much hair, I do have thick hair but thick hair is common. Clearly the salon needs to get mannequins with thick hair to practice on because no one should ever get a cut like this. I don’t recommend booking a haircut here, I know it is cheap but in my case I really wish I would’ve spent the $50 to get my hair cut by a good stylist at a good company instead of being left with this.

Elle was great! She already seemed so knowledgeable and communicated very well. My hair turned out so great—I’m very happy with the color and shine!
