I’m in town to run the Fargo Marathon and came to Glacial Peak Cryotherapy for my pre race prep. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The ambience of the facility is well maintained, clean and comfortable. You will not be disappointed if you stop by….

Pam was very helpful and friendly. My First time there and she did my face. My skin feels good and hydrated. I will definitely go back and do it again along with the full body. Highly recommend.

The owner, Pam, does an amazing job! She loves her clients and you can tell she loves what she does even more. As an athlete myself, I have found the ice chamber to be very beneficial with recovery and healing from injuries. It gets my blood back to flowing normally throughout my whole body. I support this style of healing 100%!! What a great place and experience :)

I would rate them a 10 if I could. Tonight was only the second time I’ve gone. I was at about a 10 in pain scale had my first treatment last Friday and the next day I was a 5. Literally got better each day after, can not even describe the pain relief I’ve experienced. I’m a mail carrier and walk 12-18 miles a day, early stages of arthritis in my lower neck and lower back. I wish I knew about this place along time ago. Pam and her people are great and you can tell they love what they do.
