Dental Essence

My wife and I have enjoyed Dental Essence for the past few years. We recently brought in our two year-old just to get her comfortable with going to the dentist. My daughter genuinely enjoyed it, and the staff were great with her. We are moving and my wife and I have discussed how it will be difficult to find such an amazing dentist. The most affordable, caring and professional dental practice - I cannot recommend them enough. I initially came to Dental Essence as a student with no dental insurance. I had called every well-reviewed dental practice in the city and explained my situation - Dental Essence was the most transparent and affordable option. They explained their pricing and even offer a membership that saved me money as a cash payer in which an upfront annual fee gives a flat discount on all xrays/cleanings/work etc. The dentists, hygienists and admin staff are incredible - going above and beyond to provide care. Case in point: my 2 year old son saw Dr. Stephanie for a routine dental exam and was given a plastic goldfish bath toy as a reward. He has since fallen in love with this fish - and was devastated by it's recent loss. After searching to no avail, I called the front desk and explained the situation, hoping for a store name to find a replacement. They looked up my son's appointment, the hygienist who saw him, and were able to track down another goldfish for him that afternoon. This is a prime example of how they value their patients and provide top notch care.

This was my first time back at the dentist in a while, and my first visit to this office. I’m so grateful for my experience. they were kind, thorough, professional, and genuinely personable. The team made me feel comfortable and cared for, and I left feeling confident in my care. Highly recommend!

This is the BEST dental office in town. From the front desk staff to the gals cleaning your teeth to the others helping to keep your teeth intact to the dentists themselves, they are one of a kind! I personally have a dental phobia and HATE going to the dentist. Yet, they make it as pleasant as it can be. My kids absolutely love going to the dentist and ask when their next appointments will be. This is because of the great care and atmosphere they provide! Meaghan Neuberger is hands down the only dentist I will let touch my teeth. She can never retire! She is completely down to earth and very good at her job. Kim is the best at all things teeth! She even is great at holding your hand when you are injected with novocaine and want to be anywhere but in the dental chair. Erica and Sara are the best at making your teeth sparkle! I can't recommend them enough! Simply the BEST!

The staff are kind and caring. Dr. Stephanie was great! They emphasize quality care and making the patient as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this practice.
