Prairie Dental Center

As someone who spends way too much time thinking about teeth, I can honestly say the crew at Prairie Dental Center knows their stuff. Dentistry is part science, part art, and part convincing patients that flossing is not a conspiracy—and these folks nail all three. Their knowledge and expertise are obvious the moment you sit in the chair. Everything is explained clearly, the work is meticulous, and you can tell they actually care about keeping your teeth around for the long haul. In a world where some dental visits feel like a guessing game with a drill, Prairie Dental Center is the real deal. My teeth and I are both very glad they’re on the job.

My husband got dismissed because of too many missed appointments. I feel if your hours were more flexible, people who work the same hours as your business would be able to make their said appointments, not miss them and get punished because life happens. If you guys were open all day on Fridays, people who have half day work days could make it to their appointments. Or be open on the weekends. Because now we have to go find a place that won't give us too any problems to help us out. My whole Duffy Family comes to this office. I have been coming to this office since I was a child. Very disappointed they are treating people like this. I get your schedule gets messed up. Fair warning they give you 3 missed appointments till they won't see you anymore. Reminder? Yeah they send them. I'm complaining about their hours and how it's hard to get out of work to make these appointments. Be open all day Friday to accommodate for others. Unrealistic for someone who works 7-5pm

My hygienist was great! I think her name was Callie but it was the smoothest and easiest cleaning I’ve ever had. Lobby and rooms are super nice as well

I have been going to Prairie Dental for about a year. Prior to this, it had been a long time since I had been to the dentist. Everyone there including Emma my hygienist were nonjudgmental, very nice, and have worked with me to restore my dental health. They stopped being a network provider for dental insurance after I started going there but I have continued to go there anyway due to the great service that I have received.

I am very satisfied with my Dental care at Prairie Dental, Sioux Falls, SD. I have been going to Dr Michelle since I moved to Sioux Falls over 5 years. She did some major work on my teeth a couple of years ago and it was done perfectly! The staff is so nice, the office so clean and comfortable. My hygienist, Heather, is wonderful! She is so caring! She spends time to talk and get to know me. I don’t feel like I am rushed through my appointment. She takes her time, is thorough, but very gentle. Thanks Prairie Dental for taking such good care of my dental needs!
