Vivaz Medical Spa

I had the best first experience there this morning! It is a relaxing environment and Jada did an amazing job dermaplaning my face. She has a wealth of knowledge with skin care. Cannot recommend her or this place enough!

I recently visited Vivaz for a Botox treatment and had the pleasure of working with Michaela. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease, and I knew I was in good hands. Michaela is not only highly skilled but also extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through the procedure and answer all my questions. They made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process, and their attention to detail really stood out. My results are absolutely fantastic – natural, smooth, and just what I was hoping for!

I got Botox and this isn’t my first rodeo.. I had two different practioners back home and recently moved to SD. She gave me a song and dance about a two week follow up.. well two weeks later youd never know I had ANYTHING done!!! So at my follow up she redid it and I WAS CHARGED AGAIN!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Place is a rip off!!! I don’t think she actually used what she claimed to have used the second time.. we shall see.

I had the best experience! This was my first time ever doing Botox. The staff were amazing!! And I truly felt like I had a great experience. I’m hooked, and will be back :) thanks Vivaz!!

I purchased a three treatment BBL hero and the first one did absolutely nothing for me. I’ve had BBL in the past by two other locations and received great results. I was told it was my skin type. I finally convinced them to redo my treatment. Again, no results. Not sure if the machine needed to be updated. Third time in, they convinced me to do BBL plus Moxi and said it would not cost anything extra. When I went to check out, I was told I owed almost $200. I felt there was seriously zero customer care, customer service and not even friendly smiles or true care by the receptionist or any of the staff. It felt very fake and so off.
